Beansbot

Requirements
1. PHP installed with the sockets module included.
2. Registered to the IRC server

Set-up
1. Create a Client.ini file that has the required details to connect to
   an IRC server. See Client.ini file for examples.
2. Create a Blatech.ini file that has the commands that you wish to be able to
   run. See Blatech.ini for examples.
3. To Run the bot use 'php Client.php'
